1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device to remember information about your visit. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels. In this Cookie Policy, “cookies” refers to all of these.
2. How QNOW uses cookies
We keep this minimal and deliberate. On the public website we use:
- A language preference, stored on your device. When you switch the site between English and Arabic, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site opens in the same language next time. It stays on your device, it is not sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.
- Strictly necessary cookies. Any cookie required for a page to load, navigate, and function correctly. These cannot be turned off without breaking the site.
On the signed-in areas of our practice systems, our authentication provider sets a session cookie so that a signed-in user stays signed in. That cookie is strictly necessary for those pages and is not set for visitors to the public website.
We do not run a website analytics product on this site. We do not use cookies or similar technologies for cross-site tracking, behavioral advertising, third-party advertising networks, social-media retargeting, or advertising measurement, and we do not place an advertising pixel on any page. Our hosting provider processes ordinary server request information, as described in our Privacy Protocol, in order to serve and secure the site.
3. Third-party services
Typefaces are compiled into the Site and served from our own domain, so viewing a page does not send a request to a font provider and no font-provider cookie is set.
Some pages embed or link to third-party services that set their own cookies under their own terms, which we do not control:
- Cal.com, which powers the booking scheduler used by the “Book a Free Consultation” buttons.
- Stripe, which operates the hosted checkout page you are taken to when you subscribe to a plan, and which uses cookies for payment processing and fraud prevention.
- claorova.com, a separate employee portal linked from our footer, which is operated independently of this website.
4. Your choices
Most browsers let you refuse, delete, or be alerted when cookies are set, and let you clear local storage. Refusing strictly necessary cookies will likely break parts of the site, and clearing local storage will reset your language choice to the default. Because we do not run advertising or analytics technology on this site, there is no advertising or analytics cookie here for you to refuse. Where you enable Global Privacy Control or a similar opt-out preference signal, we will honor it to the extent applicable law requires.
5. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
